Ok, just to simplify the ordering process here is a one message checklist of
things to include if you are ordering M4 on CD.
1.Your cash, check, or money order for $7 a CD. (international add $4 for 1st
CD and another $1 for each additional for extra shipping)(Canada add $2 for
1st CD and $1 for each additional)--This money covers costs of your cd and
cover only.
2.Your Email Address
3.A note saying what and how many you are ordering
4.A Label of some sort with the address you want the CDs to go to on it. It
doesn't have to be adhesive...just something I can tape on the front of the
envelope.
5.Mail it to me at:
